Successful Seminar on Compliance and Payment Challenges in Intra-Group Related Party Transactions Held at the German Center Taicang


On March 14, 2025, the seminar titled “Compliance and Payment Challenges in Intra-Group Related Party Transactions: Analysis and Solutions” was successfully concluded at the German Center Taicang. Jointly organized by M.Y. & Associates Ltd. and the German Center Taicang, the event attracted numerous representatives from multinational corporations. The seminar was led by Mr. Du Junfei, the Tax Manager of M.Y. & Associates Ltd., with Ms. Yin Xiaoming as the co-speaker. Mr. Du holds a Master's degree in Law from Nanjing University and the University of Göttingen, Germany. He is a qualified lawyer and tax consultant with eight years of experience in the tax industry, specializing in indirect taxes, non-resident taxation, tax treaties, and tax dispute resolution. Ms. Yin is a partner at M.Y. & Associates Ltd., also with a Master's degree in Law from Nanjing University and the University of Göttingen, Germany. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Tax Consultant in China, a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Taxation, a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong, an International Tax Manager, a Fellow Member of the Certified Public Accountants of Australia, and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK. She specializes in indirect taxes, transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate income tax. With their extensive professional experience and solid theoretical foundations, the two speakers delivered an engaging presentation to the participants.
